What does a standard yacht rental entail?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The exact amenities provided can vary, with sunset sails offering deluxe beverages and snacks, while business charters come with meeting facilities and catering tailored for professionals.
When should I secure my booking?
For best availability, we suggest reserving your spot 2–3 weeks before your planned date, or even earlier between May and September. For business gatherings and private events, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is advised to ensure ample choice and customization.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should conditions be unsafe, as determined by our captain, we will suggest a reschedule to an alternative date or process a complete refund. We stay vigilant about the weather and will inform you at least 24 hours prior if there are any concerns regarding your departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you are permitted to supply your own food and drinks. We also provide exceptional catering options that can be personalized to your taste. Note that due to safety concerns, bringing glass containers aboard is not allowed.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with limited mobility?
Our aim is to ensure accessibility for all. While some of our yachts are more equipped for those with mobility needs, please get in touch during the booking process to discuss your requirements and our team will recommend the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary preparations.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If a cancellation is made over 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. For cancellations done 24–72 hours prior, a 50% refund is offered. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are not refundable unless it's due to unsafe weather or mechanical faults on our part.
